James moved to Simcoe County in 1987 drawn by the amazing lifestyle this area offers. He started his career in real estate with RE/MAX in 2006 and wishes he had done so sooner.

As a graduate of Georgian College’s business program, James has a keen interest in technology and integrating its evolution into our business.
As a current CSIA Level 4 and former Class A CPGA Professional, he not only understands customer service, he teaches it to others. Communicating and understanding his clients needs set him apart from the crowd.

Tracey has been dedicated to helping people and their families buy and sell real estate since 2005. Her top priority is to be her clients’ trusted advisor. She offers a caring and systematized approach to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
During her career with RE/MAX, many clients have referred her to their friends and family, as well as continue to use her for their own real estate needs. As a member of an exclusive network of dedicated realtors, Tracey is able to assist her clients throughout North America.
Tracey has lived in Barrie and the surrounding area since 1995. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University and completed her postgraduate in Human Resources Management at Seneca College. Her strong business background in automation and telecommunications, many years of service and clear passion for helping people has helped fuel their business.
